1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Peacehaven Boarding Kennels website (the "Site") and the services we offer through the Site, including dog boarding, daycare, grooming, and other related services (the "Services"). By using the Site and/or booking Services with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site or our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site and Services. By using the Site, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Booking and Reservation

3.1 Booking Process
Bookings for dog boarding and other Services must be made through our Site, by phone, or via email. All bookings are subject to availability.
3.2 Confirmation of Booking
A booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us. The booking confirmation will include details of the Services, including dates, times, and pricing.
3.3 Changes to Booking
If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes are subject to availability.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments via cash, credit card or debit card. Full payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of the booking will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within  14 days of the booking may incur a cancellation fee, as outlined during the booking process.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled drop-off time.

5. Pet Information and Care

5.1 Owner's Responsibilities
You must provide us with complete and accurate information about your pet(s) at the time of booking, including their health, medical history, diet, and behavior. This information is necessary for the safety and well-being of your pet.
5.2 Health and Vaccinations
All pets must be up to date with vaccinations (including canine parvovirus, canine distemper, infectious canine hepatitis, leptospirosis) and must have been treated for kennel cough, worms and fleas before being boarded. You must provide proof of vaccinations prior to check-in.
5.3 Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you or your emergency contact. If we cannot reach you, we are authorised to seek veterinary care for your pet, and you agree to be responsible for any associated costs.
5.4 Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate the care of any pet that exhibits dangerous, aggressive, or disruptive behavior that poses a risk to other pets, staff, or itself. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
5.5 Special Requirements
If your pet has special needs (e.g., dietary requirements, medical conditions, behavioural concerns), you must inform us prior to the booking. We will make every effort to accommodate your pet's needs, but we cannot guarantee the availability of specific services.

6. Liability

6.1 Limitation of Liability
While we take all reasonable care to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, we cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to your pet while under our care.
6.2 Insurance
We recommend that you have appropriate pet insurance to cover any unexpected medical expenses, accidents, or injuries that may occur while your pet is under our care.

7. Use of the Site

7.1 Accessing the Site
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary equipment, software, and internet access to use the Site.
7.2 Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Peacehaven Boarding Kennels and is protected by copyright law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent from us.
7.3 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
